Tony has over 20
years experience of working in social care with a
number of years at senior management level. |

Tony's
social care career has involved him in working with all user
groups, but for the majority of his career he has managed services
for adults, in particular adults with learning disabilities and
older people. He has managed both commissioning and provider
services and has an excellent strategic knowledge base, as well as
the skills and experience needed to move services forward.

Most of my social care career has been with Local
Authority Social Services Departments, but my last
position (prior to setting up TMC Management
Solutions) was as Director of Adult Services for an
independent sector organization, with 84 adult
services across northern England and the east
midlands.

I am a registered social worker with a CQSW and Diploma in
Professional Social Work and possess a BA degree as
well as an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Research Methods. |
